Missions Opportunities
At Oaks, we close every service by reading the Great Commission to remind each other of who we are and what we do. We want obedient disciples and healthy churches to exist among all nations and know everyone has part to play in that. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we hope to see healthy churches established across the globe.
We believe that reaching the nations begins here in Tuscaloosa and trust that as we all faithfully live out the Great Commission here, the Lord will raise up laborers to take across the U.S. and to the ends the world.
Oaks exists to send out mature disciplemakers to wherever the Lord is calling them -from the neighborhoods to the nations.
Each summer we get to send out several college students, and currently have 8 long term missionaries serving overseas. We would love to help you play a part in God's greater, global work!
