Reporting directly to the Lead Pastor, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategies that not only reach but deeply disciple our city. This role offers a unique blend of city engagement, pastoral ministry, and executive leadership, demanding a responsible, strategic, and successful approach to leadership. Your responsibilities will include developing outreach and discipleship strategies, providing organizational leadership to City and Next Generation Ministries, managing ministry budgets, and offering pastoral care through preaching, teaching, and counseling. Kids Ministry Director

As the Director of Kids and Families Ministry at Oaks, you will have the opportunity to spearhead a relational disciple-making ministry that encompasses infants through pre-teens. You will lead our church in ensuring a kid-friendly environment that resonates with our mission of creating disciple-makers of Jesus. Reporting to the City Pastor, you will lead with strategic vision, overseeing the recruitment, training, and encouragement of leaders and coaches within the Oaks Kids Ministry. Your responsibilities will include selecting gospel-driven curriculum, managing ministry budgets, coordinating volunteer schedules, and maintaining effective communication with families. Your role is crucial in reaching, discipling, equipping, and caring for families, contributing significantly to the next step in our development. Church Planting Resident

The heartbeat of The Well Network is to plant life-giving churches within university cities, aligning with the belief that university campuses are the world’s most strategic mission fields.

These campuses are a cauldron of evolving ideas, a fusion of diverse cultures, and a hub for shaping the future. Our churches establish a presence on these campuses, driving change through outreach efforts, personal discipleship, and the transformative power of multiplication.

Duration: Commit to an immersive 18-24 month residency program based in one of our existing church planting cities.

Focus: Sharpen your Planter Character and Competencies. The residency provides intensive cohort training alongside peer residents and hands-on ministry experience in the dynamic city environment.

Pay: The residency is a fully funded position with medical insurance benefits.
