As an Oaks Alumni, you play a vital role in continuing to advance the Gospel and the work that God is doing through Oaks.

What is the purpose of Oaks alumni network?

Our desire is to have a pathway for members of Oaks who graduate and go on to other places to continue to remain connected to one another, to Oaks, and to the mission. As we prayed about those goals, the idea of an alumni network formed.

What type of impact can you have as an Oaks alumni?

As an Oaks Alumni, you carry the disciple-making DNA of Church at the Oaks into your own city. The investment God made in you here continues to bear fruit wherever He sends you.

Because of alumni like you, we’re seeing the mission of Oaks — and other Gospel-centered, Great Commission-minded churches — multiply around the world. Disciples are being made. Churches are being planted. The Gospel is being proclaimed.

Your obedience, faithfulness, and ongoing partnership are a vital part of what God is doing through the Oaks family — both here and beyond.

How can I serve Oaks, even if I am in a different city, state, or country?

Apart from continuing to be a disciple-maker of Jesus, you can be a rope holder. Many people held the rope for you during your time at Oaks — praying, giving, and investing so you could grow and go. Now it’s your turn to do the same for others by:

Give faithfully. Be a financial supporter of Oaks and the mission of taking the Gospel throughout Tuscaloosa—whether through the Legacy Campaign or by giving to the overall Oaks budget.

Speak boldly. Be an active spokesperson for Oaks and for the work God is doing through the Well Network. Share stories of God’s movement with your friends, family, and community.

Pray continually. Pray specifically for Oaks’ leadership, for protection and provision, and for the advance of the Gospel through our church and network.

What God started in you, He wants to keep doing through you.
